This video has had 189 million viewers and is effective because Justin Bieber is loved by many of the girls who are his fans and he is very famous. We get plenty of close up of his face at the beginning of the video especially his lips on a girls neck. We also, see him playing a guitar, rising a car and dancing which many viewers must have enjoyed watching.
