This is a video where Katy Perry promoted herself as a 'big sister'. She's dressed up as a fairy God mother where she lights herself up as a firework. This happens during the 4th of July which is a very memorable for the Americans, therefore, targeting the Americans more. She's also, showing her public that you can be as bright as a firewirk even in the most worst situations like the fight scene between the parents, the cancerous child and the robbing during the video.
