Katy Perry - Roar
Roar is a video which holds a narrative and tells the public a story, where women are portrayed as positive and the strongest. Whereas, the men are the weak ones, as we see the guy in the video only looking out for himself and caring for his image. Katy dresses up for herself and not the men in this video, as she creates her own clothing out of leaves. There are terrific effects in this video like the tiger, shows Katy's superior when she roars back at it and gains control. She's back in control of her feminine and silly side, as she paints the elephants toenails.
